i dont know the password,and when i have turned it off and put it back on i does not have that lock up anymore but my screen is blank and it beeps three time then nothing happens could you please let me know what to do please.I have IMB Think pad T22

Three beeps is a hardware error. Try downloading maintenance manual from www.lenovo.com. Once you have fixed that however if the password problem is in the hardware (Rather than Windows) then your PC is scrap. This is deliberately done to deter theft.
