Locking brakes on Peugeot 106 (1993)?

When I'm driving after 15-20mins i can feel the brakes locking on the car making it difficult to keep up to speed. when i stop to feel the front wheels they're hot due to the friction caused by the brakes. It's not the Master cylinder, calipers, pads or dodgey brake fluid. Can you help me irradicate this annoying problem?

from description, assuming both wheels,it is the calipers.presuming you have striped, cleaned and copper greased the carriers that the pads run on.your next target is the piston seals.repair kits are availiable.using pedal ,pump detatched calprs till piston pops out,if not rusted they can be cleaned and reused.clean cylender.remove seal.clean groove.renew seals using lockheed hydralic assembly grease(avaliable good motor factors)grease and fit piston with same.crack bleed nppl then push pstn fully home.refit clprs and bleed
