Zanussi Dishwsher (DWFA10s) flood question?

My dishwasher (integrated so not easy to get out and tip up) has water standing in the bottom of it and it is tripping the electrics. I guess I need to get it emptied and have removed as much water as possible but on looking underneath at the front there seems to be a metal plate which I could remove and possibly get to the remaining water. However, it seems to need a special tool, something like an allen key but a different shape. Does anyone know where I could get this tool from? Want to try and avoid calling out an engineer if possible.
