heat by door but not in drum?

i have a white knight condenser. it is not circulating hot air, it feels hot around the edge of the door inside but still blowing cold air? have cleaned everyting and pushed red re-set button. any ideas?

Have you tried to clean the large(metalic) filter down at the bottom left hand side at the front of the machine . I had similar problem and this solved it. I now clean it about every 3 months and dont have the problem anymore.
