What's wrong with my 99 Nissan Quest?

Ran over a can of liquid nails which exploded on the tire and in the rim. Van started shaking at 60mph. (not the steering wheel, the whole van.) Had tires balanced, but it's still shaking. Any other theories or suggestions?
