The gray bolt on my flymo turbo compact 330 is jammed solid?

The gray bolt on my flymo turbo compact 330 is jammed solid. The yellow spanner bends before slipping off and wont turn the bolt. I've sprayed wd40 all round it to try and loosen it up without luck. I've tried using a large metal spanner, but it just damages the bolt. Can anyone tell me how to get he bolt off? I'd rather not have to hunt for a replacement bolt, so am avoiding cutting it.

I don't think you have much choice. Assuming you're talking about the blade retaining bolt, you will have to do whatever is necessary to get it off. The best option is to use a large 6 point socket (the type used with air tools). This will avoid rounding off the corners.

A replacement bolt is a standard service item, and will be available from the same place you would get a replacement blade.
