how does a rear drum come off a vauxhall tigra?

I want to replace the rear pads on my tigra but the drum is stuck fast I have the hand brake in the off possition any ideas how the damn thing comes off

There is one small screw securing it,if u have already found it & taken it out then the reason is - the drum has a lip worn into it by the shoes, the only way i have found is to be brutal & wiggle the drum then hammer it toward u / use a lever etc, the only thing holding it back are the shoes themselves.

happens all the time.assuming u have removed the small screw that goes thru the face of the drum?2 possibles :fully slacken of the hand brake adjustment on the cable.this may allow the drum to move.or remove center wheel bearing nut.this will let u to brute force drum and hub.sometimes hub seizes to drum.once off they are easy to dismantle.
