my 87F150 will not start?

I put a new ignition control module, egr valve, spark plugs, distributor cap and button, fuel pump and filter and the truck will turn but wont start.what's wrong with my truck:302
1/2 ton 2 wheel drive.

did you change both ignition modules? because there are 2. one in the distributor cap area and one mounted on the fender wall. also check your exhaust as older vehicles get clogged without warning. take out one spark plug (which gives it an exhaust outlet) and see if it'll start. it wont run right but if its a clogged exhaust, it'll start. just went through the same thing with my 85 F150
