The cable has snapped that operates the recliner. How can I get this fixed? It's got the Omega motion recliner system.

I took old broken one to Thorton Furniture in Bowling Green,Ky they charged me $10.60 sounds like I got took. I think I'll tell them others don't charge.

I went to our local Lazy Boy store and they gave me a brand new one. I took the old one in a few days ago, but they didn't require to keep it. They said the handles come with a lifetime warranty.

I took the snapped off handle to a showroom where they just smiled, reached in a cabinet and handed me a replacement! No problem, no charge. Told me that all I needed was an allen wrench and I'd be in business.
Excellent customer service!

Just go to the nearest Lazy Boy store in your area and present them with the ACK number located on a tag on the bottom of your chair.
They will replace the handle for free. There is no need to take the broken one in.

take the broken handle to the nearest lazyboy store and they *should* replace it at no charge. Call before going. You must bring the broken handle.
