Hi Terry,
this machine dosen't have a jockey pulley. The belt is an elastic type, it is tight on the drum and the motor pulley.
they are a pain in the bum to put on so good luck. i put the belt around the drim 1st then lay the machine on its back, LOOSEN the screws holding the motor to the base panel & stretch the belt over the motor pulley.
(hotpoint actually supply a specical tool for this repair.)
