My paper shredder is jammed, when I shredded my credit cards, it jammed it. How can I unjam it?

1. Use a small knife or paper clip to remove all pieces and clear debris
2.Put the shredder in the auto reverse and clear any pieces that are rewinded. Work the shredder in the forard and again in the reverse several times, you may be bale to loosen up jammed ppieces
4. Last option, unplug the cord first, thenuse a torque wrench or screw driver and remove the cover from the back and you can clear any debris or jamm observed

First, use a paper clip to pull bits of the paper and credit card out of the shredder. You will need to get every small piece of paper or other items out of the shredder before it will work again.
Second, try to run the shredder in reverse.
