My Electrolux oven E085630X is cutting out when hot?

My oven (Electrolux E085630X) cuts out after being on for about 10-30 mins and the front plate with the dials is getting very hot. It then works again after the oven has cooled down. What could be the problem?

cooling fan or the initiation stats sound faulty.this is the fan built into the top of the oven and not the one inside the oven cavity
