I put my machine on this morning to run a cycle then to go on rinse hold as i was popping out. when i got back the cycle had finished and it was on rinse hold, i then pressed the start button to start the rinse. unfortunately the machine rinsed but did not spin and now it won't dry, spin or wash any suggestions?

if you have no drum movement then you need to check the motor brushes as they may be worn out

is it draining the water away if you put it on to the drain program?.check the filter at the bottom righthand corner for blockages.
