Hi Bob, I have fixed the fixing unit, it just had paper stuck in it. Any idea how to reset when in service mode.

Not sure of the exact fault but E000 refers to a problem with the fixing unit (the hot bit) The error is a saftey one and will need to be reset in service mode after the fault has been rectified.
