we have a potterton ep2000 system don't know how to work it neither does the landlord. can't turn the radiators off ,doesn't matter what we set the clock to it comes on when it feels like it. anywhere i can get a user manual?

if the heating is coming on when its switched off etc you can only have a faulty programmer.
you'll need to get someone that can check the wiring for power
at the programmer when not called for.

yes have turned it off still the radiators got hot put it on auto just the same, have tried changing the times it still comes on when it feels like it not the times we put in.

does it still come on heating if both the switchs are pushed to off ?
