I live in coventry and would like to know if anyone local sell the otima xm6. the ribbon cable has burnt out so i can't use the key pad, please advise

only few of the keys were working and i belled the ribbon and only got continuity on some of the contacts, i have actually cut the ribbon down which is now too small and i need a replacement, can you please advise as to where i can purchase one.

How do you know if your ribbon cable is burned out?
If it looks a bit smokey on the ribbon itself then this is common,
its not burned out just a bit stained with age!
If you have no response from your keypad then this normally caused through a faulty or old battery , simply replace it with a new one , but first make sure you disconnect ALL power from your panel because the panel will still think its your old battery installed!
