I have a Belling 652 electric freestanding double oven.

Everything works fine, hob, top grill & oven - all OK.

Problem is main oven? Fan comes on but blows cold, main oven does not heat up.

Does this mean the oven element has burnt, blown out?

Is this an easy repair, - advice please.
