What is an error 20 on my zanussi jetstream 1600 washer/dryer?

An error 20 came up on my zanussi jetstream 1600 washer/dryer at the end of a wash and dry cycle. Wash and dry seemed OK so not sure what this meant. See the question came up in 2006 but seems to have not been answered. Help!
