I bought this Dishwasher 4 yrs ago for approximately £400 after 3 years the catch on the door broke. Do you thing this is reasonable wear and tear for a machine of this age? My last washing machine lasted over 10years with no problems at all.
The repair cost of parts and labour is approx. £125. Have I got a case for free repairs? I still use the machine by using tapes to hold the door shut so the machine is fine except for the catch on the door.
