the dryer wont heat.do you remove the whole silver plate, including the part that covers the back of the drum? i haven't a clue what the thermostat or heater looks like either.i've read from malcom blyth you need to do this to reset the heater.

only remove the part that sticks out at the back as the elements are attached on the reverse of this,but to remove or exchange the elements you must remove the outer right hand side panel as this is where you will find the socket to detach the element from the dryer ready to atach a new one if need be.. i have already done this but mine still blows cold so my problem is still ongoing... best of luck.....
