Bit of a nightmare but it is fixable. You have to take the back off and the heater housing and unclip the fan on the motor the thread the belt through the middle of the 2 pulleys . Took me an hour .

how do you fit the belt into the pullys when there seems to be no way to do it! the pullys look like they are sealed units! the central spindle that holds the wheels look impossible to seperate! please help me??????????????????

you take the lid off, then the back panel, then you need to remove the wires from the heater & thermostats then remove the heater plate, this exposes the drum & belt assy. you can just replace the belt around the drum & pulleys.you can purchase a belt from www.candmdomesticappliances.co.uk
for £19.15 including VAT & p&p
