something is down to earth, it could be the heater, motor etc.
you need to test with a multi meter between the contacts on the compoments and a earth point on the machine. if you get a reading than that is the part you require. (before you test make sure you have unpluged the appliance from the electrical supply.) if you require any parts you can purchase from this site
