can someone please tell me what i am doing wrong. i am trying to fit a new drive belt to my habana 125, when i fire it up the engine is lumpy and under powered. with the belt removed engine sounds fine.
hi i have just done the drive belt on my aprilia habana 125 and had the same problem . after a bit of reaserch i found out it was down to the pin rollers in the variator. the need replacing at the same time as they end up with flat spots .its an easy job and not that expencive. i found the parts at www.apriliayorkshire.co.uk they also have exploded diagrams which are very usfull . hope this can be of some help
