The bottom oven (fan assisted) isn't heating although the fan is spinning and I think the heating element needs replacing. Once the four screws are undone (and fan / element exposed) is it simply a case of unscrewing the element (and replacing with new) or is there any wiring that needs to be done?
Model is Zanussi ZCE7701X double oven serial no. 24100261.

top over and grill and hobs are all working but when you turn on the fan oven the light comes on, the fan spins but the oven does not heat up

if you are careful you can remove the element with the wires attached from inside the oven cavity by removing the screws you can see
