This does not pertain to your particular engine, but typically, an initial adjustment of 1 to 1 1/2 turns back off of fully snug, is a good starting point. Then adjust the high speed so that it does not stumble as you rev the motor. Adjust the low speed so that it idles good.
So, turn them in until they are snug, don't overtighten. Back them off 1 to 1 1/2 full turns. Start the motor, adjust, usually out, until it runs right at idle and full throttle acceleration.
