Ravenheat Boiler?

I have a Ravenheat RSF84ET boiler which gives out hot water when the central heating is on but when the heating is of it will only warm up for about 10 seconds and then go cold how can i solve this problem

This was the thermistor on ours - replaced that, everything was fine. It was about £50 installed.

sounds like a problem with the dhw heat exchanger, it maybe scaled up or partially blocked.

other things to check it the dhw thermister & dhw flow sensor
