My washing machine has the ready light on and also the prewash light is flashing, i have tried pressing the other buttons but nothing is happening, have also switched it off and unplugged it, but it still comes up the same.
So im unable to use it, any ideas on what could be the problem?

press and hold the start/pause/cancel button for 5 seconds.then select a new program and see what happens
