I have just done mine not been started for two years purs now.take out the old fuel and put clean in the tank swill it out and re fill, clean spark plug.then take off air filter and the carberator, undo the 12 mill nut at bottom of carb, take out the pin holding float chamber, lok in the middle of carberator the main jet is in there you can either get a needle and unblock the hole or take it out altogeather, make sure you can see hrough it,or the mower will never start, put it all back, take out the air screw fully out and use a needle to clear hole put all back like it was turn on fuel and it should start up,if this does not work check petrol flow to carb as in the petrol tank is a small filter this blocks up and no way of cleanng it so if its blocked you must buy a new fuel tank regards Sparky Tone

Replace the spark plug, and clean out the carb float chamber. If it was working until last year, this will probably be all that's required.
