Won't start?

I have a 32 cc Craftsman Bushwacker and it won't start . I have replaced the coil. It sparks . have replaced the carb . Gets gas . I was wondering if the timing could be out and how to fix it . Thanks in advance. Model no. C944.512560

The timing can't be upset unless the flywheel has been removed - its keyed onto the crankshaft. Chances are the crankcase may be full of fuel so take the plug out, crank the engine over on the pull starter, heat the plug up if you can before replacing it and having another go. Check that the air cleaner isn't blocked at the same time.
