Proform Crosswalk GTS model#PFTL39710?

I have had this treadmill for about 8 years. Only used it about 10 times. It wouldn't move and it wouldn't make a sound, but if I walk on it the console display will register everything correctly. What could be wrong with it? How can I fix it?
