Use a pair of pliers to rotate the drain plug (it's located at bottom right side when you are facing the engine). Rotate it counterclockwise one half of a turn. I talked to my dealer and he recommended turning it and pulling at the same time. You do not remove the plug - just turn it. It will drain out of the hole below the plug. The mechanic at the dealer said they are sometimes stubborn and can even break inside, then you have to replace the entire radiator - $$$$. AS ANOTHER OPTION, YOU CAN JUST REMOVE THE BOTTOM RADIATOR HOSE TO DRAIN THE RADIATOR.
