hi paul, the full element unit was replaced which has new thermostats atached so what else do you advise thanks ..jean

there is one more thermostat which sits at the top of the the front drum ducting (it sits opposite to the filter just inside the door.) you could try this, unfortunatley you may have to call for a engineer after that. hope this helps.
