as above it lights but will not stay lit, rises to 11.5 mbar as it should then dies off, few seconds. all power to gas valve etc is cut.

ignitor/flame detection seems ok, lead has continuity

exact same problem for dhw/ch is this a pcb fault not recognising flame is present or am i missing something????

lead continuity on flame sensor may not be enough, is it correctly positioned and cleaned? sounds like a flame
rectification problem........possibly pcb related, but would be changing the rectification probe first (and also making sure there was good earthing on the boiler)
try disconeccting the rectification probe and running the boiler, see if the problem is the same one.
