white k knight tumble dryer model cl 372 wv?

tumble dryer power going in to it i think the brushes have gone on it how do i change them & where abouts are they on the motor please checked the belt & thats ok the timer is ticking to!!

there are no brushes on this appliances motor.weak capacitor fastened to the motor gives this fault as it doesn't start the motor up
