Only right side headlamp beam adjusts when using headlamp levelling control?

I have just bought a Ford Transit T280 Deisel van reg51 2L td. Only one side of the headlamp beam adjusts when using the control on the dashboard?Im totally stressed out with it.Is it a fuse?Please please help.Its the left side that dosnt move.

Its probably the adjusting motor thats failed - especially if you can't hear a buzzing noise from the faulty side.

Both headlight leveling motors are supplied from the same fuse
