alarm starts going off for no reason, control panel wont respond to code entry, red light on panel flashing blue light on outside box flashing, after a while alarm stops but blue light on outside box keeps flashing and red light on control panel flashing this has been happening for some months,the number on user guide is ins036-5

Sounds as though you have an intermittent tamper fault.
