1994 escort 1.6 lx,flat battery,alarm and immobiliser stopping car running?

how can i disable my alarm and immobilser so i can start my escort? was given the car with flat battery when new battery connected alarm goes off with anything i do and the red master key i have doesnt seem to do anything.id like to remove both alarm and immobiliser...any ideas please?
