How can I get more pressure in hot water tap?

I have very good pressure in the hot water taps in the upstairs bathroom, but virtually no pressure in the kitchen downstairs, have installed a scale wizard approx 1 year ago, which has made no difference, any ideas on what the problem is? Pleeeease?

Could just be the mains stop cock not opened up enough. Try 1/2 a turn more.
All taps should be slow though for this to be correct.

Thanks Steve, really appreciate your reply, will check that out.

There is either something lodged in the tap valve or the pipe upto the tap, or some taps ie monobloc taps have very small pipes up to the tap which restrict the flow to much , best bet is first take the valve out of the tap and check that.
