want to change 300 cassette player for bog standard cd player 3 plugs on cassete 2 on cd, what will i lose if only connect 2 or how can i get by the problem,

Hi
You lose the radio/diognostic's display to the centre display console, which is no big deal as your clock/temp still work's.
