My White Knight WK767 is faulty. Please help!!!?

Hi, ive got a white knight wk767 condenser dryer. It isnt plumbed in so ive got to empty the bottle every so often. The unit doesnt seem to be drying at all & the bottle hasnt had water in it for a while. Can you help?

There should be red button on the back of the dryer(in the midle of the drum unit) This is the reset button, try pushing this as it seemed to work on mine
