How can I fix my er 4940?

We have a samsung ER4940. We did the half reset then the dislpay said closed. and now it wont do anything.

Hi. You will need to log back on. Press 1 then CLERK. Some machines have clerk buttons labelled A, B, C, D. If you have these, just press one of them.
