water will not heat have changed element but no joy soap dish will not open either

mr fixer thanks v much have now tried thermostat but no further forward points to prog. 3 years old might be looking at dustbin and go for something decent.

ouch. you bought an element? always check elements first with circuit testers or a multimeter before replacing!!!

Would suggest you check your thermostats, and bear in mind being an indesit its possible its a program failure if soap dispensor went same time as the heating
