If you ran your two stroke engine with insufficient oil, then you probably have a piston seizure due to the overheating and the fact that the piston rings have picked up metal from the barrel. You may get away with limited damage so it could be worth taking the cylinder barrel off and inspecting it for scrapes, and checking that the piston ring(s) are still free in their grooves and haven't broken. If there is damage a repair won't be cost effective, unfortunately.
