With the oven function switch, in the oven position, the fan works and the light is on but the element does not come on, oven works fine in grill position??? please help????
Usually there are two heating elements involved - the oven one is around the fan, and the grill element is fixed to the oven roof. It sounds like the main oven element has packed in.
