my car sumtimes starts off the key and others i have to bump start it it has a new starter on but still it trips out when turning the key only working perfeck some times

if i'd take a stab in the dark then i'd say it could be your ecu, but i dunno what car it is so...
naming the year off the car,
engine size
car type does help...
