hi thanks for your time is there any one who can help me to turn my phone on. i have had nothing but problems with this phone. it will not turn on at all. on the odd ocassion it has it just freezes on the home screen. any help would be gratefully recieved. this is the phones last chance before it goes in the bin and i buy a new one. many thanks

Hi, i had the exact sameproblem, turns out, o2 were swamped with complaints. so they brought out the X2. Take it back(if still in warranty) and get it replaced, i did! And they replaced it within a week!
