I have a Performance Power petrol hedge trimmer. It is a 24cc .PWR24ccHTA, serial number 00365, 06W 16. The engine runs but the blades will not move. I opened the thing up and found that the big gear wheel moved freely untill it reached 90 degrees in relation to the blade.
Is it possible to repair this machine and where could I get spare parts?

sounds like the brake is sticking on, as you turn the big wheel, lift the lever that sticks out the side.
this is usually linked to the throttle so it lifts when you squeeze the trigger. it may need adjustment.
