Proform 12.5Q problem?

Hi,
Have a Proform 12.5Q running machine and the belt has stopped turning. The motorised incline works and the digital readout screens are ok but it makes no effort to start running.
Any ideas??

Just adjust tightness of the belt at the front of the machine.
