Time for a new saw. Try removing the sparkplug and then see if the engine will turn over. If not, you have internat problems in the engine, broken shaft, rings jammed, etc. You can get a decent quality saw, brand new for under $200. You will spend atleast that at a repair shop fixing yours. I have seen non running saws sell on e-bay for up to $100 depending on model.
