how can i fit rear brake pads to renault megane 2003 1.4?

i am trying to fit rear brake pads to a megane 2003 1.4 but the caliper will not move back but it will turn ok which tells me that the caliper isn't siezed

The piston will have to be rotated to get it to retract, you can't just push it in, it's on a screw thread
